Coffee, ice-cream and a DJ spinning good tunes – it doesn’t sound like your typical gym, but this is one workout you don’t want to skip. Head to STRONG Pilates’ new Modbury studio for its open day where you can learn how to treat your body to a little TLC through Pilates; you can even work up a sweat on the day with a few cardio exercises, including a rowing session. Of course, you can’t leave without a delicious post-workout treat – think coffee from Scoop and Tap, GymBod ice-cream, and treats from Delicia Acai Modbury.
