Try Reformer Pilates For Free – and Help Fight Childhood Cancer

On September 19 make your way down to your closest Studio Pilates to support children with cancer and those who love them.

With 24 studios worldwide, Studio Pilates use advanced video technology to create high-energy 40-minute reformer workout sessions. They are hosting their second ‘Hundreds for Hope’ day next Saturday, which raises money for The Kids’ Cancer Project.

All proceeds from the fundraiser go towards improved cancer treatments, survivorship program development and medical research towards finding a cure.

Globally, an estimated 300,000 children between the ages of 0-19 are diagnosed with cancer every year, with three children dying weekly. Each day, three Australian families are given the tragic news ‘your child has cancer’.

South Australian Studio Pilates owner Joanne Thiele says the studios will open to the public and give people the opportunity to experience free reformer Pilates. “All you need to do is make a donation on the day. So please, rally friends, family and work buddies to come along and enjoy an inspiring full-body workout, on us.”

“We will also raffle off a 50-class pack at each of our four studios at Norwood, Unley, Adelaide City and Henley Beach to those that join us on Saturday,”

Collection tins will be available on the counters at all studio locations and donations can be made via The Kids’ Cancer Project.

Studio Pilates locations will open from 9:30am-2:30pm.
