Blancspace Maison has opened its doors in a newly restored heritage-listed terrace in Adelaide’s CBD.
Founder Erin Fraser’s ambition is to encourage like-minded individuals to put their heads together to create high calibre experiences. The luxury co-working and event space welcomes all content creators, such as entrepreneurs, photographers, interior designers, calligraphers, lawyers and more.
Remarkable facilities are on offer, from the concept spaces, perfect for meetings or client entertainment, to the picturesque Terrace Balcony overlooking the CBD.
Twelve feet high ceilings and an immaculate marble bench bar catch your eye at the entrance, and three beautifully crafted office suites are available for hire, with crisp white walls and polished timber floors.
Host an intimate masterclass or cooking workshop in The Kitchen (fitted with an induction cooktop and a three-metre bench, doubling as a bar) or create editorial or high fashion style content in The Studio, with the main feature being the polished concrete floors, perfect for a flat lay. There’s also a house florist, catering and furniture available on site.
The event space will be reopening from September 2020, so be sure to get in fast. Leasing options for desks and suites are one day, one week, one, three or six months. Desk hire costs start at $599 and suite hire at $1500.
