Burnside Village is entering a new era of food, wine and lifestyle, announcing South Australian icons Poh Ling Yeow and Nick Ryan as its official 2026 Brand Ambassadors.
The partnership signals a continued evolution for Burnside Village, further cementing the centre’s position as more than just a premium retail destination, but a place where fashion, food and culture intersect.
Poh Lin Yeow, the chef, artist and television personality, has long been celebrated for her approach to cooking, creative flair and deep appreciation for local produce. Through the partnership, she will help shape a series of culinary experiences at Burnside Village, bringing together food, storytelling and community.

The partnership officially launched with Poh’s Table: A Taste of South East Asia, presented as part of Tasting Australia 2026. Held within Burnside Village’s luxury mall precinct, the long lunch celebrated the vibrant flavours of South East Asia through a menu curated by Poh, paired with wines selected by Nick Ryan.
Known for his sharp palate and thoughtful approach to wine writing, Nick Ryan will also play a key role in bringing Burnside Village’s food and wine offering to life through curated events, tastings and masterclasses.
