Free Coopers Lager on the house at The Stag is someone scores a hole-in-one at Adelaide’s LIV Golf…

We’re just a year shy of the incredible hole-in-one hit American golfer Chase Koepka landed at the inaugural Adelaide LIV Golf. And, as Grange Golf Club gears up to host the anticipated three-day sporting event this April 26 to 28, we’ve got our fingers tightly crossed that the same golfing magic might happen again…

And so does The Stag! The iconic watering hole on the corner of East Terrace and Rundle Street has announced a bold pledge: if another hole-in-one is scored during Adelaide’s LIV Golf, the house will shout a round of Coopers Lager schooners for all patrons. Now, there’s even more reason to make a trip to the pub and soak up all the tournament atmosphere, from the first tee to the final putt.

“We’re stoked to welcome LIV Golf back to Adelaide,” says Jack Booker, General Manager at The Stag Public House. “It’s an awesome opportunity for the community to let loose and witness some of the world’s best golfers in action. We couldn’t help but get around it with the pledge to offer a round of schooners on the house if we’re lucky enough to witness a hole-in-one during the tournament. What better way to show off SA than with a Cooper’s Lager. The celebrations will be wild.”

This hole-in-one shout furthers The Stag’s commitment to providing unforgettable experiences in the East End neighbourhood, something they’ve been doing since 2018. And, not only are they making this exciting pledge – there’ll be sweet drink deals through the LIV Golf fun, too – like $11 imperial pints of Coopers Lager.
