During pregnancy, women experience a range of changes to their bodies, both internally and externally, including muscle inflammation, joint and back pain, postural changes and shortness of breath to name a few.
Studio Pilates have tailored specifically designed pregnancy classes by their team of highly experienced physiotherapists, so that women can continue to enjoy an exercise routine that is both safe and good for their wellbeing.
The low impact pregnancy classes work on the whole body with a focus on strengthening legs, glutes and arms as well working on the pelvic floor.
