As South Australia becomes increasingly renowned for its microbreweries, The Colonist offers an extensive range of South Australian craft beers. The cocktail and wine list will not disappoint. As the popularity of gin grows, The Colonist offers a broad selection of Australian favourites. The extensive range of cocktails includes a Tropical Gin Spritz and Nosferatu Blood Orange Negroni – every Sunday from 3-5pm, you’ll find these available for just $10. The Colonist is open Monday – Friday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday 9am – Late.
