1. Promoter
The promoter is HWR MEDIA PTY LTD, ABN 24 007 987 742, of 109b Conyngham Street, Frewville SA 5063.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion opens at 5pm ACDT on Thursday, 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:30pm ACDT on Saturday, 10 October 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, Simon Curwood Custom Jewellers, and any person directly involved in the conduct or promotion of this competition are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To receive one entry into the draw, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) follow @southaustralianstylemag on Instagram;
(b) follow @simoncurwoodjewellers on Instagram; and
(c) comment on the official competition post on @southaustralianstylemag.
5. Additional Wrap Party Entry
Eligible entrants who have purchased a valid ticket to the SA Style Wrap Party on Sunday, 11 October 2026 will receive one additional entry into the draw.
This includes eligible Wrap Party tickets purchased prior to the commencement of the Promotional Period.
To receive the additional entry, the ticket holder must also complete the standard Instagram entry requirements outlined in clause 4.
The Promoter may contact an entrant to verify their Wrap Party ticket purchase and match the purchase to their Instagram account.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid ticket purchases will not qualify for an additional entry.
6. Prize
There is one prize to be won:
One Simon Curwood Custom Jewellers diamond tennis necklace, valued at A$10,119 RRP.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Draw
The winner will be selected at random at approximately 5:30pm ACDT on Sunday, 11 October 2026 at Hotel Alba, 226 South Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The winner does not need to be present at the SA Style Wrap Party to win.
8. Winner Announcement and Notification
The winner is expected to be announced at the SA Style Wrap Party following the draw.
If the winner is not present, the Promoter will notify the winner in writing using the contact information reasonably available to the Promoter within seven days of the draw.
The winner will be provided with instructions for claiming or collecting the prize.
Where required by law, the winner’s details will be published in accordance with the requirements applying to the promotion.
9. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize by Sunday, 25 October 2026.
10. Verification of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including eligibility, compliance with the entry requirements and qualifying Wrap Party ticket purchases.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using false information, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid, subject to applicable law.
11. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the promotion and release Instagram from claims arising in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms of use.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying entries, contacting the winner and complying with applicable legal requirements.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
13. General
The Promoter’s decisions in relation to administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control affect the proper conduct of the promotion, the Promoter may take such action as permitted by law and, where required, with the approval of Consumer and Business Services.
