Take a trip through Burnside Village’s new epicentre of dining experiences
It’s an exciting time for Burnside Village. The premium destination for fashion and lifestyle has recently introduced their Village Dining precinct, a social and culinary hub on Level 1. The light-filled conservatory features a mix of internationally themed eateries, including 18 Street Hot Pot, Acai Affair, Bami, Superbutter and Kazumi Ramen.
Furthering its ties to culinary royalty, Burnside Village has announced a new partnership with two of South Australia’s most-loved food and wine personalities. Acclaimed chef Poh Ling Yeow and respected wine writer Nick Ryan are the centre’s official ambassadors for 2026. The collaboration is a perfect pairing: exceptional local talent in a hub of gastronomic experiences.
Poh will curate a series of culinary events, bringing her characteristic warmth and creative flair to the Village. Nick will use his extensive wine knowledge and refined palate to showcase the centre’s premium wine offerings. Eccoci
Modern Italian ristorante Eccoci is the latest venture from Roberto Cardone. The all-day restaurant and bar perfectly balances tradition and modernity, elegance and accessibility. Get acquainted with its sleek bar and dining layout, ideal for a morning coffee and pastry, leisurely lunch, celebratory dinner or evening digestivo. Locally sourced ingredients are championed and provide the ideal complement to Eccoci’s speciality: fresh, handmade pasta from chef Salvatore Pepe. Eccoci is located on the Ground Floor, next to Paspaley.
Sip & Sear
Sip & Sear goes a cut beyond traditional Korean BBQ to offer a hands-on, customisable dining experience. Guests can choose premium cuts of meat, including marbled Wagyu beef, from a butcher-style display, then sear them directly at their table on a smokeless grill. If you’re not feeling quite so adventurous, let their experienced chefs take the reins. Regardless, expect a memorable, fire-fuelled outing, with cravings swiftly satisfied by bold marinades, local wines and crafted cocktails.
Momoto
Like its sushi conveyor belt, Momoto invites you to roll in or out for a quick lunch or dinner with friends. The cheerful spot offers delectable mouthfuls of traditional and fusion sushi, plus an à la carte menu featuring udon, donburi and takosu. There’s plenty to toast on their drinks menu, too, with sake, wines, beer and signature cocktails. Come aboard for a first-class journey through Japanese flavours and experience sushi in motion.
