We’re setting the stage for a bold new chapter in Adelaide real estate. Stadium Real Estate is built on collective and shared experiences. It’s a brand that is grounded in community, family, connection, and celebrates a values-first approach to real estate.
Stadium delivers a new era of luxury real estate with a down-to-earth approach – how do you balance prestige with authenticity?
Transparency, service, and in-depth knowledge. Not just about the market, but the inner workings of the home and understanding of the purchaser’s requirements. There is a very fine balance with servicing purchasers correctly, while maintaining your fiduciary duty to your vendor – a skill we pride ourselves on at Stadium.
What do you believe sets you apart from other luxury realestate agencies?
I don’t compare myself to them, I am my own authentic self. I definitely do not mimic the other amazing luxury agents out there – what I offer is Rachel Lawrie – an exceptionally hard worker, who continually up skills, learns, and definitely isn’t hesitant or scared of a challenge. I back myself on service every time.
Stadium has contributed over $700,000 to community causes. What drives this commitment to giving back?
I have always believed in assisting the community – it’s how I grew up in the country. If you didn’t get behind local fundraisers or community clubs, your business likely wouldn’t be supported. I’ve identified with real estate that Adelaide and broader SA communities function very similarly to where my community support grassroots grew. Over the last 13 years supporting clubs and charities, my girls and I have found great friends and support networks.
The name ‘Stadium’ reflects bringing people together. How does this shape your client experience?
We believe every client deserves a front-row seat on their real estate journey. It’s through our unwavering commitment to accountability, genuine support, and integrity that we maximise the value of your property. Regardless of if we’re in the limelight or behind the scenes, we strive for excellence and quality.
What inspired the creation of Grandeur, and how does it elevate your prestige of property marketing?
Grandeur was inspired by observations on how we can offer that next level service and market to our community. Studying the interstate, international market, and perception of grand listings made us consider how we can put the clients we have into the corporate box they want at Stadium. We’re sitting them in their own space in all forms, and they’re getting the premium tier of the corporate box in the Stadium Grandstand of marketing.
