UNIQLO is expanding its presence in Adelaide with the opening of its second store just a week away! On May 16, Westfield Marion will welcome the Japanese global retailer to its collection of fashion and lifestyle stores. 

This new store, spanning over 1080 square metres, will offer a comprehensive selection of UNIQLO’s LifeWear apparel for men, women and kids, including the latest autumn/winter collection. Notably, UNIQLO Marion will exclusively store an extensive line-up of clothes for kids and babies. 

“Thanks to exceptional support from the Adelaide community, we are delighted to open our second store in South Australia,” says UNIQLO Australia chief executive, Fuminori Adachi. “Our UNIQLO Westfield Marion team look forward to providing UNIQLO’s world-famous levels of customer service for local customers.” 

UNIQLO Marion will also feature the label’s globally renowned self-checkout system, which uses advanced technology to streamline customer transactions automatically, removing any need to scan items. 

The new store will open at 10am, following an official Japanese ribbon-cutting ceremony and traditional taiko drumming performance – a nod to UNIQLO’s heritage. UNIQLO also will gift a free tote bag to the first 500 customers who spend over $100, with exclusive opening offers available! Continuing the celebratory vibe, activities for children, including art creation and face painting, will be held during the opening week, too.

The new UNIQLO store will open at 10am on May 16, bringing the label’s philosophy to simplicity, quality and longevity to the loved Westfield Marion centre.
