Fresh off the heels of receiving two prestigious Chef Hat awards, Peel Street restaurant Icarus invites you to indulge in a pop-up snacking experience in collaboration with Glenelg sandwich bar, Dante’s Deli. A specially curated menu featuring four sandwiches will be served. Among them, The Porchetta stands out as a creation crafted exclusively for the occasion – a combination of roasted porchetta, white cabbage and fennel slaw, and a caper and arugula salsa verde. Dante’s popular offerings, including the Sopressa, the Veg, and the Pastrami, will also grace the menu. Raise a sandwich to Icarus’ recent accolades as DJ Joe Marschall brings the beats!

Serving as a platform for new and emerging filmmakers, the Fleurieu Film Festival is an opportunity to showcase their creative works. Beyond its short film cinematic focus, the event aims to enrich the arts and culture scene in the region while highlighting the area’s culinary delights, fine wines, and entertainment offerings. Films featured in the festival will embark on a “roadshow,” making screenings available in various towns across the Fleurieu Peninsula.
