As for food, the talented 2KW kitchen will be providing incredible canapes for you to enjoy. Indulge in freshly shucked South Australian oysters with vinegar mignonette, truffled chickpea panisee with gruyere melt, buttermilk fried chicken and more. Finish with a scoop of mouth-watering gelato, in flavours like pistachio, passionfruit and baileys, served by Canela Cartels.
