Prepared by Executive Chef Nigel Rich and Head Chef Ashleigh Lindner, the ela menu is made with love and designed to be shared, from the artisan barrata topped with shaved prosciutto, balsamic tomatoes, basil and crostini to the bite-sized soft and fluffy loukoumades.
