Tour Down Under | January 13 – January 22


After a two-year hiatus, the Tour Down Under is back, transforming South Australia into a buzzing hub for cyclists. Across the next ten days, athletes in the biggest cycling race in the southern hemisphere will traverse through SA’s regions for the title. Catch cyclists whizzing past at tour points in Willunga, McLaren Vale and Adelaide or visit the Tour Village for family-friendly activities, fresh food and Tour Down Under fun. There’s an opening concert by Vanessa Amorosi tonight, too!
Adelaide International | January 13 & 14

The Adelaide International is coming to a close this January 14 after two weeks of tennis excellence hosted at The Drive. Local tennis star Thanasi Kokkinakis will play in the semi-final tonight against Spanish player Roberto Bautista Agut for a spot in the high-stakes Saturday final match. Tickets are still available for both Friday and Saturday matches!
Glenelg’s Ice Cream Festival | January 14


Calling all ice cream lovers! Jetty Road is hosting its annual Ice Cream Festival after its successful inaugural year in 2022. Indulge in the delightful frozen dessert from local vendors such as the Barossa Valley Ice Cream Co, Golden North and Freeze n’ Roll as you wander the coastal destination. There’ll be kids’ activities, live entertainment and some of Glenelg’s favourite venues taking over the seaside strip too!

The Semaphore Greek Festival is back, taking over the seaside suburb for its 42nd year this weekend. The annual celebration showcases Greek culture, heritage, hospitality and food to the wider South Australian community. Over two days, indulge in loukoumades and coffee, dance and connect with Greek culture.
Hairspray The Musical | Until January 28

The beloved Tony-award-winning play and movie, Hairspray, has rolled into town, taking over the Festival Theatre until January 28. See the rom-com, smash hit live in action and sing along to top songs like You Can’t Stop The Beat and Welcome to the 60’s. Renowned Aussie actor Shane Jacobson is playing Edna Turnblad alongside Todd McKenney, Rhonda Burchmore and Asabi Goodman. Tickets are on sale now.
