After dinner, take a seat at Garcon Bleu’s Bar or head on down to the Sofitel’s lobby bar, Déjà Vu, and try their two custom-made Valentine’s cocktails – the Lovers’ cocktail at Garcon Bleu’s bar is a vision in pink with white rum, rosewater, pink gin, sugar syrup and spanked rosemary, vigorously shaken (not stirred) over ice. The Valentine’s themed Love-Struck Mimosa from Déjà Vu has fresh strawberries, strawberry gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, red vermouth, Cointreau and sparkling Rose.
