Polo in the Barossa

After a successful McLaren Vale event earlier this year, the polo is now descending on one of Australia’s most applauded wine regions, the Barossa Valley, for the next instalment.

Barossa Polo is two-day event that kicks off on Friday 3 Dec with a twilight polo match. The all-inclusive hospitality evening is for over 18s and will have a corporate skew, encouraging visitors to celebrate the end of 2021 in style with clients, colleagues and friends.

Saturday 4 Dec is for event goers and families – one side of the field will come alive with a pitch-side party (Club Barossa), while families can enjoy family-friendly activities (including a giant slide and face painting) in a designated family area. There will also be plenty of shade and tables for those who want to enjoy a polo picnic, with hampers available for purchase.

Those wanting a complete package can head to the G.H Mumm Marquee, where you’ll enjoy French Champagne on entry, plus four hours of premium grazing food, beverages and transport to and from the event.

There’ll also be Fashions on the Field, divot stomping between polo matches, as well as a new Cellar Door Trail, which aims to showcase outstanding local producers, highlighting the very best of the region.

Barossa Polo will run from Friday 3 Dec – Saturday 4 Dec at Chateau Tanunda, Barossa Valley.
